Ladder Barrel

It improves the stability of the core muscle that maintains the posture on the curved surface of the barrel, and educates you to adjust the difficulty of the exercise by using the height of the Ladder. Ladder Barrel Curriculum

round 1 Improved mobility through various movements such as extension, lateral flexion, and rotation of the spine through motions such as side band, swan dive, and oblique with flexion.
round 2 Withstand the load according to the movement lever of the lower extremities such as Scissors, Bicycle, Hip Twist, etc., and perform coordinated exercise based on the muscle strength of the muscles around the trunk.
round 3 Summary of learning contents, practical teaching, sequence composition, demonstration and test.
