Mat Pilates with Props

As a Pilates instructor, you learn about 40 Pilates movements based on the basic alignment of your body. Based on the basic alignment of the body according to the characteristics of each movement, we learn the movement of mat pilates. This is an educational stage that recognizes the coordination of each part of the body based on the stability of the core, and allows you to learn basic joint movements before using the air balloon. Furthermore, it improves muscle strength and body control through deep movement. In addition, starting from the analysis of the customer's body type, we provide training to understand and demonstrate the principle and movement of movement, as well as practical teaching skills such as Hands On and Image Queuing. Furthermore, you can learn various variations of movements, such as using small tools, to provide guidance according to the needs and physical characteristics of the customer.

round 1 Abdominal Prep, Half Roll back, Roll up, Hundred, etc. Flexion exercises based on spinal segments, Abdominal core perception
round 2 Learning complex movements of the spine based on core stability, such as Breast Stroke, Saw, Oblique Roll Back, and Jack knife
round 3 Body coordination exercise learning based on improved core strength such as Bicycle in Air, Teaser Series, Leg Pull Series, etc.

EUPYA Mat Pilates with Props Qualification exam

A person who has completed Mat Pilates with Props training at EUPYA certified education institution will be able to apply for the Qualification Exam at Authorized EUPYA Venues (AEV).
