Reformer

Learn movements to strengthen core stability and basic muscle strength through the movements of the strap, footbar, and carriage that interact with the tension of the spring. You can understand the principle of eccentric/concentric contraction of muscles in response to spring resistance and control the movement of joints. In addition, by using additional devices such as a box or a jumpboard, it is taught to adjust the difficulty of the movement or to diversify the exercise posture. Improves professionalism as a Pilates instructor by providing Reformer's equipment usage, equipment setting method according to body type and strength level, and a guide for safety and injury prevention.
